BIS College of Pharmacy conducts admission on the basis of merit. For BPharmacy admission, candidates must pass Class 12 exams conducted by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects along with Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology as optional subjects individually.

For MBA admission, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate (45% for reserved category students) in any discipline from a recognised university.
