Chandigarh University recorded an outstanding placement season in 2025. More than 1,300 companies came for recruitment drives and provided employment opportunities of over 10,000 jobs. International highest package was INR 170 LPA, while the highest package offered domestically was INR 59.9 LPA. Both of these packages were grabbed by BTech students. Chandigarh University had a highest stipend for internships to the tune of INR 1.3 lakh per month.

Chandigarh University had outstanding results in placements in 2025 for its departments like Engineering, Management, Hotel management, Pharma sciences and Science. Over 5,600 students from all these departments got placements in top firms. They were placed in varied jobs like that of Software Engineer, Developer, Data Scientist, Management Trainee, and Cloud Computing Engineer. The maximum international package was given to MSc Physics students at a salary of INR 56 LPA, and the maximum domestic package was given to BSc Physics students at a salary of INR 15 LPA. Top recruiting firms include Wipro, Zomato, Adani Solar, Zifo RnD Solutions, and Unext Learning.

The average package provided by Chandigarh University Placements in 2025 has not been released on the official website as yet. For 2024, the average package at CU is INR 9.54 LPA. For 2023, it stands at INR 8 LPA. The list of branch wise median packages for batch 2024 is given below:

According to the recent report, around 1300 recruiters from different sectors were a part of the placements procedure 2024-2025 and provided lucrative salaries to the students. Over 350 MNCs have come to the CU Campus for Engineering placements and selected 3,750 students from the batch of 2025. The number of participants in engineering for this year saw a hike of 30%. More than 500 job opportunities with a salary above INR 5 LPA were offered by these MNCs, whereas more than 100 MNCs have offered a salary package of over INR 10 LPA. Chandigarh University MBA recorded strong placement outcomes for its batch of 2025. More than 400 companies participated in the placement drive, offering opportunities across sectors such as Banking, Finance, IT, E-Commerce, Healthcare, Retail, FMCG, and Business Analytics.
