National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the CUET UG 2026 May 18 exam in two shifts. The examination is being held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode for all registered subjects across designated CUET UG 2026 exam centres. This year, the exam is being conducted across 306 examination centres in India and abroad in a total of 35 shifts.

The examination will be conducted for multiple subjects in each shift. Candidates may appear for up to three subjects in a single session depending on their allotted schedule.

According to the official update released by National Testing Agency, a total of 1,24,020 candidates are appearing for the CUET UG 2026 examination on May 11.

Candidates appearing for the exam must carry all mandatory documents to avoid any inconvenience during verification. The following documents are compulsory:

• Printed CUET UG 2026 Admit Card

• Self Declaration Form/Undertaking

• Two passport-size photographs

• Original valid photo ID proof

• PwD/PwBD certificate (if applicable)

• Transparent ball-point pen

• Transparent water bottle

• Diabetic-related eatables, if required

The CUET UG 2026 admit card has already been released online. Candidates can follow the steps below to download their hall ticket:

1. Visit the official CUET website

2. Click on the CUET UG 2026 admit card link

3. Enter application number and password/date of birth

4. Submit the details

5. Download and print the admit card PDF

Candidates have also been advised to follow the prescribed dress code for smooth frisking and verification at the exam centre:

• Wear light-coloured and simple clothing

• Normal shoes, slippers, or low heels are preferred

• Woollens are allowed but candidates should report early for checking

• Religious items or faith-based accessories are permitted after proper frisking

National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the CUET UG 2026 results on its official website, cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who appeared for the Common University Entrance Test (UG) 2026, conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode from May 11 to June 7, 2026, can now access and download their scorecards online. To check the CUET UG 2026 result, candidates must log in using their application number and date of birth. The result is available only through online mode. Prior to the result announcement, NTA published the CUET UG 2026 final answer key on June 21, 2026, in PDF format. Candidates can use the final answer key and the official marking scheme to analyse their performance and estimate their scores. The provisional answer key was released earlier on June 9, 2026, allowing candidates to raise objections within the specified period.

Steps to Download CUET UG 2026 Result

Candidates can follow the steps given below to access and download their CUET UG 2026 scorecard:

• Visit the official CUET website at cuet.nta.nic.in.

• Click on the "CUET UG 2026 Result" link available on the homepage.

• Log in using the following credentials:

  • Application Number

  • Password

  • Security/Captcha Code

• Click on the Submit button.

• The CUET UG 2026 scorecard will be displayed on the screen.
