IIT Bombay follows a semester-based fee structure. For UG students admitted through JEE Advanced 2026 or UCEED 2026, the official fee details for the Autumn Semester 2026-27 are given below.

IIT Bombay conducts admissions through various examinations at the national level depending upon the programmes. Admission of undergraduate students is done primarily through the JEE Advanced, UCEED, and INMO pathways. Postgraduate admissions are done through examinations like GATE, CEED, JAM and CAT. Ph.D. admissions may involve either written exams or interviews.
