JoSAA 2026 Counselling Schedule (OUT): Check Round Wise Dates & Fee Details

Candidates do not have to pay any fee to register for JoSAA 2026 counselling. However, after a seat is allotted, they must pay certain fees to confirm and keep their seat. The two main fees in the JoSAA counselling process are the Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) and the Partial Admission Fee (PAF).

JoSAA Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) 2026

Candidates who receive a seat for the first time in any counselling round must pay the Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) within the given deadline. If the fee is not paid, the allotted seat will be cancelled, and the candidate will not be allowed to participate in the remaining JoSAA 2026 counselling rounds.

JoSAA Partial Admission Fee (PAF) 2026

After the final round of JoSAA 2026 counselling, candidates who have a seat in the NIT+ System and have not cancelled or withdrawn their admission must pay the Partial Admission Fee (PAF). If the fee is not paid, the allotted seat will be cancelled.

The official JoSAA Counselling 2026 schedule has been released. The counselling process includes several important stages that candidates must follow carefully. The key dates announced by JoSAA include:

Candidates allotted a seat in this round must complete online reporting, fee payment, and document submission within the specified period. Any document-related queries raised by the authorities must be answered before the final deadline.

Round 3 seat allotment result for JoSAA 2026 will be announced on July 6, 2026. Candidates who are allotted a seat in this round must complete the online reporting process, including seat acceptance, fee payment, and document upload within the given timeline. Any document-related queries must be resolved before the final date.

The fourth round of JoSAA 2026 counselling will begin with the declaration of the seat allotment result on July 10, 2026. Candidates who receive a seat in this round must complete all admission-related formalities, including online reporting and document verification, within the specified dates.

Round 5 is the final round of JoSAA 2026 counselling. The seat allotment result will be released on July 16, 2026. Candidates allotted seats in this round must complete the online reporting process and submit the required documents before the deadline to secure their admission.
