• Hostel: Jadavpur University has hostel facilities for both boys and girls and has a total of 13 hostel 4 for Girls and 9 for Boys with provision for accommodating over 1600 students. At the time of admission to the hostel, students have to pay an advance of Rs.3000/ in which the facility of mess is included, and after that students have to pay monthly rent of Rs.15/ and electricity bill of Rs.10/ and Research Scholar (R.S.) and M.Phil. students have to pay Rs.300/- & Rs.150/- respectively.
  
• Library: Jadavpur University Central Library is a three-storied building having approx shelf space and working space of 36,000 sq. ft on the campus. The central library of Jadavpur University has 6198 books, 11762 journals, 24 resource databases, 2 talking books and have last year's question paper and provides a sitting capacity of 700 students at a time.
• Guest House: Jadavpur University has a guest house which has 90 double bedrooms, 3 deluxe rooms (double bed with AC) and 2 single rooms.
• Health Centre: The University Health Centre is located on the campus and is attended by a full-time Medical Superintendent and part-time qualified Specialists in General Medicine, Eye, E.N.T., Skin, Dental and Pathology and a qualified part-time Lady Doctor. All the specialists visit the health centre for two hours three days a week, and the Lady Doctor attends the centre on all working days for three hours a day. Everything is done free of cost.
  
• Computer Aided Design Labs: The CAD lab at Jadavpur University was established using funds from the TEQIP programme. It is divided into two sections and the lab is equipped with 58 PCs, 14 workstations and four LaserJet printers with A3 printing facilities. It also provides internet connectivity to students.
