UPES Dehradun fee structure 2026 is different for various courses, schools, and specialisation. The total cost will depend on the programme tuition fee in addition to the other additional fees such as technology fee, security deposit, health insurance, I-Card fee, training fee, and programme-related fees. The initial fee for the first semester will have to be paid during admission whereas the rest will be paid according to the semester schedule of the university. UPES Dehradun admission 2026-27 is open for UG, PG and PhD programmes. Entrance test options offered by the university include UPESEAT, UPESMET, UPESMET-UG, UPESDAT, ULSAT, and UPESPAT. According to the latest schedule of the university, majority of the entrance tests are taken on Wednesday and Saturday each week in online mode and interviews are taken on every day from Monday to Friday.

UPES Dehradun courses are offered at UG, PG, PhD levels via its seven multidisciplinary schools. These schools have courses related to many academic fields like engineering, computer science, business, law, design, health science, liberal studies, and humanities. UPES Dehradun has two main campuses based at Dehradun; one is Bidholi Energy Acres campus and other is Kandoli Knowledge Acres campus.

UPES Dehradun offers 100+ programmes with 200+ specialisations across 7 schools, covering undergraduate, postgraduate, integrated, doctoral, and certificate courses. Candidates who wish to pursue courses at UPES Dehradun have the option to use either UPES Entrance Exam scores or scores from certain national-level entrance examinations for the purpose of admission to the various Undergraduate or Postgraduate courses. The choice of entrance exam depends upon the particular course that the candidate wishes to pursue. Students can also get into these courses based on board merit/CUET scores or any other means other than exam scores.

UPES Dehradun campus provides only limited on-campus hostel facilities at its Bidholi and Kandoli campuses. Separate hostel rooms are allotted to male and female students based on a first-come-first-served basis depending upon availability. Any student choosing on-campus hostel facilities will have to make the full payment of hostel fee in advance. Apart from making the full hostel fee, students will also need to pay a non-interest bearing hostel security deposit of ₹10,000 along with the registration process.
