SNAP 2026 will be held on December 13, 19, and 26, 2026. Symbiosis International (Deemed University) released the SNAP 2026 notification on August 19. Candidates who want to apply for an MBA program from one of the SIU constituent colleges will have to take SNAP exam as it is a mandatory requirement for MBA admission. SNAP 2026 exam pattern has seen changes where an additional section comprising of 10 marks has been introduced to the test paper. There has been no increase in the SNAP examination fees. Candidates can take one, two, or all three sessions of the SNAP test. The best SNAP test score of candidates appearing for the multiple sessions will be taken into consideration.
Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is a national level management entrance exam conducted for admission to Symbiosis International (Deemed University) (SIU) MBA courses. The exam is conducted once every year and candidates can give maximum three attempts in a single academic year. The SNAP score is used for admissions in MBA programs of SIU institutions. Besides SIU institutions, the scores of SNAP exam are accepted by JK Business School, Gurgaon for admissions in their MBA programs. The SNAP question paper is based on the following topics: General English, Quantitative-Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency and Analytical & Logical Reasoning.

SNAP 2026 exam pattern has been updated with the addition of a new section. In the SNAP 2026 question paper, there will be four sections for the first time, whereas earlier, there used to be only three sections. The new section that has been added is Ethics, Morality and Values, which has a total of 10 marks. In view of this addition, there is a reduction of 5 marks in the weightages of the General English and Analytical & Logical Reasoning Sections.
SNAP 2026 exam dates have been declared and include the dates for application process, issue of the admit card, date of exam, and date for the declaration of results. Before applying for SNAP 2026, applicants should be informed of the eligibility criteria for taking the test as well as the chosen MBA programme. SNAP eligibility criteria mainly focus on the minimum percentage that should be obtained in the graduation degree and the requirements of the university. SNAP 2026 registration cum application process are both done online. Candidates have to register themselves on the SNAP portal first, after which they can fill the SNAP application form. This includes filling their personal and educational information, uploading recent photographs, choosing the institutes and programs of SIU they wish to pursue, and payment of required fees. Candidates can follow these steps to complete the SNAP 2026 application process:
SNAP exam is conducted across nearly 80 cities in India. While filling out the application form, candidates need to select their preferred test city based on the session they plan to take. Candidates should note that not all SNAP exam sessions are conducted in every test city. The examination authority will allot the test centre based on the selected city, available seats and the applicable exam session.
SNAP 2026 exam pattern has been modified due to the inclusion of a new segment called Ethics, Morality, and Values. There will be four segments in the question paper, consisting of a total of 60 questions, each worth one mark. SNAP syllabus 2026 includes subject matter that comes under General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation and Data Sufficiency, and Analytical & Logical Reasoning. The inclusion of the new topic, Ethics, Morality and Values, in SNAP 2026 requires aspirants to prepare themselves on topics related to ethics and professionalism. Although SNAP is regarded as one of the easy management entrance exams, it requires some preparation on the part of the candidates in order to do well. As the test evaluates both speed and accuracy, it is essential that candidates practice and manage their time well. By reviewing old SNAP test papers, candidates will be able to familiarize themselves with the types of questions being asked and the topics covered.
SNAP 2026 admit card will be issued separately for each session. The admit card for Session 1 can be downloaded starting from December 7, 2026. The admit cards for Sessions 2 and 3 will be announced accordingly on their scheduled date. Candidates must carry a printed colour copy of the SNAP 2026 admit card along with a valid photo ID proof on the day of the examination. A digital or electronic copy of the hall ticket will not be accepted for verification at the exam centre.
SNAP 2026 result and scorecard will be made available online on January 12, 2027. The scorecard for all three sessions of SNAP will be available on the same date. In case the candidate appears in more than one session, then the best score obtained by the candidate in the SNAP test will be considered in the admission procedure that follows. Candidates should download and safely preserve their SNAP 2026 scorecard until the admission process is completed. The scorecard download facility may remain available for a limited period. The scorecard will contain the candidate's details and SNAP scores. Candidates who appear for more than one attempt can use their highest score for PI shortlisting and admission, as applicable.
SNAP exam is an entrance exam for university, and SNAP scores are only accepted by Symbiosis International University institutes.
